Focusing primarily on the luxury residential market in Key Biscayne, Downtown/Brickell, and Miami Beach, David delivers unparalleled professionalism, integrity, and service, while his competitiveness and well-honed negotiating skills consistently secure the best possible deals for his clients.
 
Fluent in English and Spanish, David grew up between Key Biscayne and Nicaragua, then went to college at Boston’s Suffolk University, where he double majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship, spending a semester abroad at the Universidad San Pablo-CEU in Madrid, Spain, and another at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic.
 
A member of the Miami Association of REALTORS® and currently a resident of Brickell, he enjoys traveling, networking, and sports, particularly playing basketball and coaching youth teams at the Key Biscayne Recreation Center.
